I could start by telling you to eat well, work out, and live a healthy lifestyle. Even though you should, no one can make that choice for you. …I’ve been working out since I was still a teenager.  At the time I worked out not more than once a week sometimes even only a few times a months. I was lacking the discipline and I had no ‘why’. I had no idea what I was capable of and what I would become eventually. Only when I realised that training is so much more than simply trying to look good but rather leads to happiness, wellbeing and success in all parts in life I started to find my focus. The urge to change my life and reach for success was so strong that I knew I had found my ‘why’.
